Each photo is scanned for the highest quality, professional looking image. Scanning at 600dpi's, at an output size of 8" x 12" (for a 4"x6" photo) generates the same result a 9.1 megapixel would produce.

For best the best quality scans, each photo is adjusted for the following corrections:
- Image Adjust (highlight, shadow, and midtone
optimization)
- Adjust brightest and darkest pixels
- Global colour balance (for overall colour adjustments)

Note: any physical damage such as rips, cracks, bends, severe fading, etc, will require complete restoration and reconstruction. Keep scrolling down for more details.

Once the photo is digitized we look at each image individually using Photoshop to crop and rotate the image.

If you have precious photos that are beyond repair through a scanner, we offer complete photo restoration and construction. Using Photoshop, we correct colour, levels, highlights, exposure, etc., but also we repair scratches, rips, and sometimes image removal/replacement.
