Once you are organized and ready for shipment, please send us an email or give us a call. We will be glad to take your order and answer any questions you have. If you live in St. Thomas or area, you may always drop your original off to our office. To learn more about how our business is set-up, please
click here. If you live in Calgary, you may drop your originals off anytime-- just give us a call or email.
When your originals arrive we will email you a formal quote. Also, a batch of your originals will be scanned and uploaded to our server. We will give you a secure link so you can download/view your scans. This way we're on the same page.
Once your project is complete we will ship out your disc. Payment is due once your disc arrives and you are satisfied (payment details are below). If you are satisfied with your scans, and a payment is made, we then return your originals.
Once you have your disc, remember, you may also call us regarding any questions you may have with your images. We'll be glad to help out with such things as how to copy the images onto your hard drive, how to play the disc on you DVD player, how to edit your images, etc.
Turn-around time depends on the size of your project. We will give you an estimate when we quote you. But to give you an idea, a project of less than 1000 originals will take about a week. 1000-3000 originals, expect about 2-3 weeks. Anything larger than 3000 originals, about 4 weeks.
We understand that you are shipping your only originals, so we are proud to say that since we started in 2006, we have not had one incident with shipping. We accept most major credit cards. We also accept personal or verified cheque. How it works is, you will receive an invoice from PayPal (you don't have to be registered with them) and they will have instructions on how to use your credit card. Payment is due once we ship out your disc. Once paid your originals will be shipped back.
All projects, orders, scanning jobs, are completed with professionalism, quality, and speed. However, if for whatever reason you find that our work doesn't meet your standards or expectations, we will make sure that it gets done right at no further cost. If we can't deliver, we'll arrange a money back refund that satisfies both parties.
You may always contact us for reasons other than scanning. We get many calls regarding personal scanning projects, about resolution, how to create slide shows, or even how to use Photoshop. We are always glad to help out.
in spirit of customer privacy, all content by law is the sole property of you, the customer. No image, video, or customer information is used or sold in anyway. Content is kept for six months for the only purpose of backup. I do not knowingly or purposely view content for any reason other than to correct images or edit video in a short period of time.
