For best the best quality scans, each photo is adjusted for the following corrections:
Image Adjust (highlight, shadow, and midtone
optimization)
Adjust brightest and darkest pixels
Global colour balance (for overall colour adjustments)
Note: any physical damage such as rips, cracks, bends, severe fading, etc, will require complete restoration and reconstruction. Keep scrolling down for more details.
Once the photo is digitized we look at each image individually using Photoshop to crop and rotate the image.

A few things to consider: we can scan your photos at their original size (Original Resolution); or, we can "blow" your images into a larger output size (Hi-Resolution).
The Original Resolution option is great for web use and email, the Hi-Res option is designed for larger printing, editing, and archiving.
But remember, all images are in HD quality, so you don't necessarily need to double your images size.

We offer custom file and folder naming. All content is saved on your disc in an organized fashion.
Content is burned on high-quality DVD's or CD's, and includes a case. There is no extra charges for this, and copies are only $5.00.
DVD/CDs are labeled using LightScribe technology. If you have any specific title you like to put on you your disc, let us know.
Your disc's are compatible with any DVD player that is fitted to play JPEG images. Also, our lowest scan is 1200x1800 in resolution. Your 1080p HDTV has a resolution of only 1080x1440; so all scans are HD quality.
We are confident that our work will meet your expectations. However, for any reason it don't, please let us know and we will re-scan your images at no further cost.
